Our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and hidden defects in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. If a product is faulty or non-compliant, you may request an exchange or refund within 2 years of delivery.

7.B - Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance of the product.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

We cannot be held responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by unforeseen events (strikes, natural disasters, health crises, armed conflicts, etc.).

If the situation persists for more than two months, satinlondon.co.uk and its customers may cancel the order without compensation.

11. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid, the remaining clauses will remain applicable.
