Where do we deliver?

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not ship outside the UK or to overseas territories.

What are the delivery times for our products?

Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United Kingdom: 3 to 6 business days from the day after your order is confirmed.

If you have not received your order within the indicated time frame, please first check that you provided accurate information when placing your order.

If you entered an incorrect address, contact our Customer Service within 30 working days from the date of your order so we can assist you.

All our orders are shipped with a tracking number to ensure secure delivery.

How can I track my parcel?

Your order will be packed and dispatched as soon as possible.

Once it has been handed over to the carrier, we will activate your tracking number and you will receive an email with a tracking link.

What if my parcel was damaged on arrival?

If your parcel and items were damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damaged parcel and items.

What if I received incorrect items?

First, check your order confirmation to compare it with the items you received.
