These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed on our online store satinlondon.co.uk. This shop is intended for private consumers only and not for professionals or businesses making bulk purchases.
A "consumer" is defined as "any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession."

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We reserve the right to refuse or modify any order in the case of inaccurate information provided by the customer.

satinlondon.co.uk cannot be held liable for stock shortages, product description errors, or pricing changes (e.g., supplier fluctuations or typos). If there is a pricing error on a product you ordered, we will inform you promptly and wait for your confirmation before dispatching the order.

2. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

3.B - Order Confirmation
A purchase contract is formed when satinlondon.co.uk confirms your order via email. We recommend saving this confirmation email. You can cancel your order as long as it has not been confirmed. In such case, any payment will be fully refunded.
3.C - Private Sales
We sell exclusively to private individuals (B2C). An invoice including VAT and your customer details will be provided upon purchase.

The prices displayed on satinlondon.co.uk are in pounds sterling (£), including VAT, but do not include shipping costs, which are calculated separately.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
5.A - Delivery Timeframes
In-stock products are delivered within 3 to 6 business days. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made no later than 30 working days after order confirmation.
5.B - Delivery Zones
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not ship outside the UK or to overseas territories.
5.C - Delivery Options
Orders are shipped via standard tracked delivery. Free delivery applies to purchases of £59 or more.
5.D - Lost Parcels
In the event of a lost parcel, satinlondon.co.uk will handle the tracking and resolution of the issue.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.A - Withdrawal Period
In accordance with UK regulations, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
6.B - Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered without a physical medium.
6.C - Condition of Returned Items and Return Costs
Returned products must be in a resalable condition, meaning unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact (except where handling was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6.D - Refund Process
The refund includes the product price and the original shipping costs. We will process the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
6.E - Refund Method
The refund will be made using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6.F - Return Address

6.G - Return Procedure
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at contact@satinlondon.co.uk with your order number. You must then return the product in resalable condition, in its original packaging and with the invoice, at your expense (except where handling was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods).
7. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
7.A - Statutory Warranty
Our products are covered by statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. If you receive a defective or non-compliant item, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your legal rights.
7.B - Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or improper maintenance of the product.
7.C - Limitation of Liability
satinlondon.co.uk cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The new conditions will apply to orders placed after they are published.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
We cannot be held responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by unforeseen events (strikes, natural disasters, health crises, armed conflicts, etc.).
If such a situation lasts more than two months, satinlondon.co.uk and its customers may cancel the order without compensation.
11. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In case of dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
