Need help with your order?

How do I place an order?

Head to the Shop section or select your preferred product category from the menu at the top of the page.
Click on the image of the desired item to view its detailed description.
Choose the size, colour and specify the desired quantity.
Click on "Add to basket".
To view your basket, click on the icon in the top right corner.
To complete your purchase, simply proceed to checkout.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation email?

If you've placed an order but haven't received an order confirmation email, you may have entered an incorrect email address.

Please get in touch with us using the contact form and we'll update your order information so that you can receive your order confirmation.

How can I confirm that my order has been processed successfully?

An email containing an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you haven't received your order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for you to receive the order confirmation. If you've checked your spam folder and waited 24 hours, but still haven't received your order confirmation, we kindly ask you to contact us through our contact form or give us a ring on our customer service line.

What happens if I provide incorrect information?

If you have provided incorrect information (such as delivery address, email address or telephone number, etc.), please contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we can modify this information before dispatching your order.

Unfortunately, if this information affects the delivery of your parcel and your order has already been shipped before you contact our Customer Service, as a customer, you are responsible for any additional charges that may occur.

Can I change my order after I've placed it?

We understand you need your items quickly.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to make any changes to your order, as it will have already been processed (typically within seconds).

How can I cancel my order?

Get in touch with us as soon as possible via our contact form.

However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to take the necessary measures before the parcel is dispatched, as our preparation and shipping service is very swift.

About Delivery & Returns

What should I do if my parcel is damaged or destroyed during delivery?

If your parcel and products have been damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible, providing photos of the package and the damaged items.

You can do this through our contact form or send us an email at contact@satinlondon.co.uk to receive priority treatment.

As soon as we receive the photos of your damaged parcel and products, we will process your request.

What should I do if I've received incorrect items?

Please start by carefully checking your order confirmation to verify what you have ordered.

If you have not received the items you ordered, please contact us.

What are the delivery times?

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Our delivery times are as follows:

  • In the UK: 3 to 6 working days
  • In the Rest of Europe: 3 to 6 working days

If you haven't received your order within the specified delivery time, please first check if you have provided us with the correct information.

If you have provided incorrect information, please contact our Customer Service within 30 working days of placing your order, and we will assist you.

How much is the delivery charge?

We offer free delivery on orders over £59 to mainland UK and Europe.

How can I track the delivery of my parcel?

As soon as your order has been processed by the courier, we will activate your tracking number. You will then receive another email containing the tracking link.

If you do not receive your tracking link, please contact us through our enquiry form.

Can I return my items?

Of course!

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

You have 15 days to return your items.

This period starts from the date you receive the ordered product or from when the order arrives at the collection point (cooling-off period).

How do I return my items?

The parcel must be packaged in exactly the same manner as when you received it.

To return an order within 14 days, please contact us via our contact form.

Return postage costs are your responsibility. The return process may take up to 14 days from the moment you drop off your parcel at the collection point.

Once the return is received and processed, we will issue the refund and send you a confirmation email.

Please keep your return receipt as proof until you receive the confirmation email.

Is there a charge for returns?

Return shipping costs are indeed at your expense.

What happens if I don't collect my parcel from the Royal Mail depot?

Of course, we handle each situation on a case-by-case basis.

However, for orders that are returned to us because the customer did not collect the parcel from the Royal Mail delivery office or local Post Office, we do not refund the order.

Are there any customs charges or VAT to pay?

As we only deliver within the UK and Europe, no customs charges will apply to your order.

Of course, you can pay for your purchase using VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept Maestro and contactless payments.
