Refund policy

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to download and print your own return label.
Refunds are issued within 10 days after we receive and inspect your returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Exchanges are accepted. Please contact us to arrange an exchange within the 15-day return window.
Orders not collected and returned to us are generally not eligible for refunds, unless exceptional circumstances apply.

How to Return Your Order

Package your item securely, in the same condition as delivered, to avoid damage during transit.
Keep your return receipt until you receive our refund confirmation email.
